Our goal is to help those suffering with chronic long-term pain find long-lasting relief. All our massage therapy sessions include:

Clinical assessments (or re-assessment): including detailed health history or updated intake, addressing questions, orthopedic assessments, functional assessments & postural assessments
Registered massage therapy (includes any of the following techniques): my unique myofascial & joint mobilization technique that gets to the deeper layers of tethered tissues and restricted joints, myofascial stretching, Swedish massage (relaxation) & non-Swedish techniques (frictions, fascial work, joint play, sports massage, local lymphatic drainage etc.)
Homecare or Exercise Review: including a variety of self-care techniques, stretching, strengthening, postural retraining & functional exercise
Time to get changed and on and off the table is also included in the treatment time.

*ALL NEW CLIENTS - Please book the NEW CLIENT ASSESSMENT & MASSAGE SESSION so we have time to review your entire health history and do an assessment in your first session. We do not offer shorter sessions for first appoinements.

**RETURN CLIENTS - All return client sessions include 5-10 minute consult, maximum of 40 minutes hands-on time & 10 - 15 minutes of self-care or exercise review.

If you are a returning client and have not seen me in over 1 year, or are coming in for a new injury or condition, please book an ASSESSMENT & MASSAGE SESSION. Be sure to update your health history form that you will receive via email.

Direct Billing

We offer direct Billing available for BLUE CROSS only at this time.

Treatment Style

We offer both:

Typical massage treatments (Swedish Massage with the use of oil on the skin and draping over untreated areas), AND
Fully clothed massage treatments (in comfortable clothing, like gym clothes, where we work on top of your clothes).

We typically recommend the fully clothed treatments for chronic pain sufferers, as this allows us to move you through different positions, getting to deeper restrictions, during the session without risking exposure.

This also allows us to utilize the body's position to reduce postural restrictions that can not be accessed with typical massage postions, like prone (laying face down) or supine (laying on your back), which typically put unecessary pressure on the back.

We also offer a mix of both styles, if requested. For Fully clothed sessions, please wear loose comfortable clothing (cotton T-shirt & athletic pants are optimal. No jeans or blouses).

Booking For OTHERS

Only book yourself in under your account. To book for friends and family, you must create a new, seperate account for each individual. The accounts can be joined later for 1 person to manage, upon request.

FEES

$125 - Massage Therapy Session (55 minute session)

$155 - Assessment & Massage Session (85 minute session)
